Position Summary:
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes resident satisfaction, and leads a team focused on quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to all department heads and staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Oversee census development and marketing efforts Monitor financial performance and manage the facility budget Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
Qualifications:
Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Tennessee (required) Minimum of 1 years of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement
