Job Summary Core Function & Split Duties:
The role splits responsibilities evenly between two major areas under general supervision: 50%
Care Management:
Providing strength-based case management to adults and children (including those with co-morbid health or substance use issues) using the TN Health Link model (assessment, care coordination, social support referrals, family care, transitional crisis care, and health promotion). 50%
Administrative Support:
Managing front-desk operations, greeting clients, answering phones, processing intake/transfer paperwork, collecting payments, scheduling for therapists/physicians, and routing crisis calls.
Key Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.).
Experience:
At least two (2) years of paid work experience in a behavioral health setting.
Skills:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel preferred), excellent communication, and emergency-handling capabilities. Why Join Us?
