Requirements:

Must have a valid LVN license in good standing with the State of Texas Board of Nursing The LVN that we choose must be able to demonstrate compassion, friendliness, and looking at being part of a team Responsibilities include: Follow Physician Orders/communicate effectively with physician's and families Document and follow up/Staffing/scheduling and mentoring staff Pass Medications We are a drug-free community and you must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check prior to hire.
