M'agine Support Services was founded in 2011 by a group of local mental health professionals who have a combined work experience of over 64 years, in the area of rehabilitative and support services for individuals with developmental and mental disabilities. Our employment histories have included positions in direct care and administrative positions in both the public and private sectors and even as a university psychology professor. About the Job We are currently searching for a Group Home Manager and/or Assistant manager. While filling this role, you'll direct and manage the operations and activities within the home to comply with all the rules, regulations, and policies that are HCS compliant. The responsibilities of the position are as follows:- Direct personal assistance for day to day activities, meal planning and prepping of meals, coordination for schedule of Group Home employees.
- Supervise the in home staff, that duties are completed, client schedules and appointments.
- Assist with ambulation and mobility, distribution of meds and tasks delegated by an RN, training in self-help and independent living skills, and taking clients to appointments.
- Ensure maintenance of the home is complete, the safety and security of clients, all documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and timely, medications are ordered and refills are called in seven days before final dose.

- Able to work with minimal supervision while exhibiting strong communication and written skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude while exercising excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Two years of group home experience preferred
