Job duties include, but are not limited to: Manage the selection, training, and ongoing development of staff. Ensure all services comply with professional standards, as well as state and federal regulations. Monitor budgets and effectively utilize operational resources. Manage reimbursement process and track revenue trends. Participate in the development of patient care plans. Supervise staff and provide directions to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care. Oversee day-to-day operational and homecare activities. Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include:

Active RN license in good standing with the State of Texas. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Home Health, including demonstrated ability to sustain census growth. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address and resolve complaints or concerns effectively. Thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
