POSITION TITLE
ADMINISTRATOR
POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrator at this facility is responsible for all aspects of the community. The Administrator must be able to make key decisions daily, as well as a leader to all facility departments. This individual must also ensure that all residents are always receiving exceptional care and outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have Current Nursing Home Administrators License 2-5 years' experience in managing a skilled nursing Concise and accurate verbal and written communication skills Capable of making mature, professional judgments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience in building or work for a facility with 4 or 5 stars rating. Must be willing to relocated to Tulsa area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Implement and interpret policies, rules and regulations affecting all community activities and all personnel. Direct department head teams to ensure proper implementation of community policies and objectives on a regular basis. Be able to maintain and build occupancy and be responsible for financial outcomes. Supervise and operate a program of maintenance and protection for all physical assets of the community. Constantly build relationships both inside and outside of the facility. Many other duties throughout the facility
