About us Healing Haven Homes is a Residential Assisted Living with three location in Forth worth, Mesquite and Desoto, TX. We are professional, agile and our goal is to "We are a residential Assisted Living providing personalized care to the elderly who require some assistance around the clock. Our residential care home is in a serene location among other houses in a neighborhood providing convenience, comfort, and security.​. oversees the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, resident care coordination, budget management, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. They also handle facility maintenance, policy implementation, and communication with families. Key responsibilities Resident care and safety: Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure residents receive quality care, and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
Staff management:
Hire, train, supervise, and schedule employees. Provide leadership and support to the staff.
Regulatory compliance:
Ensure the facility adheres to all state and federal regulations and standards related to elderly care and assisted living.
Financial management:
Develop and manage budgets, oversee billing processes, and ensure financial responsibility for the facility.
Operational oversight:
Manage daily operations, including building and service maintenance. Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation.
Marketing:
Manage and grow census through building and devloping new relationships
Communication:
Act as a liaison with residents' families, community partners, and healthcare providers. Communicate with families about resident health, wellness, and rent payments.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports, such as financial, incident, or resident-specific reports.
Activity planning:
Plan and organize recreational activities for residents to ensure they have a stimulating environment. Essential skills and qualifications Leadership and strong communication skills Expertise in healthcare administration and staff supervision Knowledge of regulatory compliance in assisted living Financial management and budgeting skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience with relevant software, such as scheduling and electronic health records (EHR), is often beneficial

$23.00 - $29.00 per hour
