Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior living community. Responsibilities Lead and supervise care facility teams, including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel, to deliver exceptional resident care. Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans that address residents' health needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory care requirements. Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards to maintain licensing and accreditation. Oversee medication administration processes to guarantee safety and adherence to healthcare protocols. Manage operational aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to support sustainable facility operations. Foster a positive environment that respects residents' rights and promotes dignity, independence, and community engagement. Coordinate with healthcare providers and community services to enhance resident well-being and facilitate access to disability services when needed. Experience Proven management experience within assisted living facilities or nursing homes with a focus on senior care or long-term care environments. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and healthcare financial management. Demonstrated leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams in residential or home & community care settings. Hands-on experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's support programs, medication administration, and developing individualized care plans. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, budgeting, and communication purposes. Prior work experience involving residents with developmental disabilities or complex health needs is highly desirable. Strong understanding of resident's rights legislation combined with excellent organizational skills to manage operations effectively. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
