This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates initiative, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, excels in calendar and time management, and has experience generating reports and interpreting business trends using Excel. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team. Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and communication on behalf of executives as appropriate. Create, compile, and analyze reports; summarize data and identify trends to support strategic decisions. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters. Oversee daily office operations including supply ordering, and facility maintenance. Organize and support internal events, meetings, and outings. Provide administrative support to projects and presentations, including formatting documents, preparing agendas, and tracking deadlines. Remain accessible after regular hours for time-sensitive or urgent matters. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data visualization). Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Demonstrated experience creating and analyzing business reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, polished, and reliable with a high degree of discretion. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Experience managing office operations or administrative teams is a plus.
