Job Summary The Assisted Living Manager will oversee the daily operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring high-quality care for residents and a supportive work environment for staff. Duties Manage all aspects of the assisted living facility, including staff supervision, resident care, and facility maintenance Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to assisted living and memory care Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation Handle financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, and financial reporting Coordinate activities and programs to enhance residents' quality of life Address resident concerns promptly and effectively while upholding resident rights Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff Qualifications Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or nursing home settings Strong understanding of operations management within a healthcare or senior living environment Proficiency in medication administration protocols Financial acumen to manage budgets and financial reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff members
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Ability to
