• Full benefits You're an LVN making $30 an hour. This seat pays $85,000-$95,000 and comes with the title. Resident Care Director. 85-unit assisted living and memory care community in The Woodlands. You run the clinical side; a floor lead runs the schedule. Family-owned, one system for everything, an Executive Director and owners you can walk up to. Monday-Friday. If you've spent three years being the nurse everyone leans on for a charge nurse's pay, this is the job you've been qualified for the whole time. What makes this seat different You own the med program. Every med tech in the building passes meds because you delegated them. You decide who's competent. Nobody overrides you. A floor lead runs the schedule. The AL Care Coordinator owns call-outs and daily assignments. Memory Care has its own director. Your phone rings for nursing reasons. One system, no paper. August Health for assessments, service plans, eMAR and documentation. Direct line to ownership. Family-owned company with two communities in Texas. The Executive Director and owners are in the building, know the residents, and can say yes to a good idea the same day you bring it. Monday-Friday. Shared on-call rotation for clinical issues. What you'll do Assessments, service plans, physician orders, change-of-condition response — same day, every time Medication program: orders, pharmacy, cart audits, narcotic counts, med pass audits Fall interventions, wound rounds, labs, home health and hospice coordination Care conferences — you're the clinical voice families trust Survey readiness, every day, so HHSC is a formality Coach the care team and build the AL Care Coordinator into a lead who can run without you What you bring Active Texas LVN license (RNs welcome too) 3+ years leading a care team in assisted living, memory care or long-term care eMAR/EHR experience; August Health a plus Working knowledge of Texas HHSC rules and the spine to hold the line when occupancy pressure says otherwise The offer $85,000-$95,000 salary, based on experience.
