Job Overview Guardian Path Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Care Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our residential care in there homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing care facility administration, ensuring high-quality client care in a home setting, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate environment focused on personalized client support and operational excellence. Duties Manage the overall administration of the care facility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of in-home care services to clients, maintaining a focus on quality and safety. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to client care, staff schedules, and operational activities. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with staff and clients. Oversee financial management tasks including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking to ensure the financial health of the facility. Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure consistent delivery of compassionate care. Act as a liaison between clients, families, staff, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues. Ensure that all aspects of residential care home operations adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in care facility administration or residential care home management. Strong knowledge of residential care home operations and standards of client care. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes. Experience with financial management including budgeting and expense tracking. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional client-centered care. Ability to lead a team, foster a positive work environment, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
