This management position is a Resident Care Manager, this position is 40 hours a week, but we pride ourselves in allowing employees a work/life balance so they can be their best for both. There is an obligation to be on call 1 weekend every month. This is a very rewarding job. As a Resident Care Manager you are responsible for overseeing the clinical care of your residents and manage the nursing staff on your unit.
