Your Role:

As the Executive Director, you will oversee all aspects of community operations, working to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care while enjoying an exciting and fulfilling lifestyle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional assisted living services. Innovating and enhancing our life enrichment programs to deliver thrilling, purpose-driven activities for residents. Collaborating with culinary staff to perfect an outstanding dining experience. Ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all departments. Cultivating a vibrant, welcoming environment that feels like home for residents, families, and staff alike.
