MEMORY CARE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT LPN MANAGER FOR OUR AMAZING RESIDENTS AND STAFF!

!!!! Job Summary Senior Services of America, a National growing Senior Housing Organization that provides independent living, assisted living and memory care services is currently seeking an experienced Memory Care Manager to become an integral part of our team at The Lodge at Mallard's Landing in Gig Harbor, Washington. You will be working on the floor assisting the Wellness Director with the day to day operations of the Memory Care Department.

Additional responsibilities include:

care plans, assessments, transcribing orders, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities to include:

Maintain fully functional wellness office, includes answering phone, meeting with families and residents and being there for the staff. Ensures physician orders are properly transcribed and communicated. Maintains the wellness record for each resident. Oversees staff assignments to ensure completion. Assists the Wellness Director in assessment and care plan development. Maintains the appointment log residents and ensures proper paperwork accompanies them. Assists in the new hire process by administering injections as required. Monitors med tech and caregiver charting to ensure compliance. Maintains logs for in house physician visits. Audits medication carts weekly in rotation with the med techs. Completes move in paperwork for all new residents. Ensures monthly vital signs and weights are completed by your care team. Provides corrective action to staff as needed. Other duties as assigned. This list is representative of the day-to-day duties of this position but is not all encompassing of the position.

Requirements:

Current LPN in Washington state Supervisory experience with a preference in Memory Care preferred Must have flexibility with work schedule as a member of the Wellness leadership team Have fun at work with a great team that takes care of each other!!!!!!
