Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others? The Arc of Spokane is now hiring for a Supported Living Manager! The Arc of Spokane's Supported Living Program believes that having a disability should not prevent someone from enjoying a rich and meaningful life.
Position Summary:
The Supported Living Manager is a committed, thorough, and creative person facilitating and managing 24/7 day-to-day staffing, support services and Inclusion for individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home setting. The Arc of Spokane provides personalized support that allows everyone to live life on their terms, while also maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards, as well as state and agency policies and procedures. Experience with Autism and dual diagnosis as well as plan writing is preferred but not a requirement. This position may require response to emergencies and other care needs on a day-to-day and on-call basis. You are required to be on-call and carry cell phone on a rotation with the other managers. •
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum age 21 High school diploma or equivalent. Two-year degree in a related field with two years' supervisory experience OR two years' experience serving persons with intellectual & developmental disabilities, with two years' experience in a supervisory position. Must successfully pass a criminal history background check & FBI fingerprint check initially & at least every three years thereafter. Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, multi-task, keep thorough & accurate records, be self-directed & motivated, & see projects through to timely completion. Demonstrated management, leadership, conflict resolution, supervisory & teamwork skills. Experience in coordinating medical support and nursing care is helpful but not required. Legible handwriting, strong computer skills & good communication skills. Maintain personal transportation available for work-related use and valid WA driver's license with proof of liability insurance. Essential function to transport staff as necessary, clients to appointments, shopping, community outings and other transportation needs assigned. May be trained on the operation and use of agency vehicle. Ability to work flexible hours, holidays & weekends as needs demand.
Compensation:
$27.00/hr.• per hour, Non-exempt, Full-time 40 hours per week,
Benefits:

A structured hiring bonus is offered to new staff as follows: $250.00 pay date after 30 days of successful employment $500.00 pay date after 90 days of successful employment $1000.00 the pay date after 120 days of successful employment and the completion of all required training courses •Position closes Friday, July 31st, 2026
