OVERVIEW OF POSITION
As the Executive Director (ED) you are considered a leader in the community. Spring Ridge will thrive in its daily happenings under the direction and support you provide. Resident and staff satisfaction will be inherent due to the leadership and oversight you provide. Wearing many hats in one day something you excel at, and your focus is on supporting the directed care of each resident in whatever form that takes.QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- A current Administrator License in the State of Washington (or the ability and willingness to obtain one)
- Experience and understanding surrounding the day-to-day operations of a senior living community
- Successful marketing or sales experience
- Comfortability in tactfully coaching, training, and disciplining staff (as well as comfortability in receiving constructive feedback)
- Experience with all aspects of financial management in senior care
- Effective communication skills and reliability are the cornerstones of your being
JOB DUTIES
Alongside corporate support, the ED is responsible for overseeing/meeting the following: budget targets, financial goals and occupancy targets. This is a full-time position that will (on occasion) require you to respond to some weekend or after hour's calls.
