Job Description

We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Assisted Living Manager. The right candidate will have experience in an assisted living setting preferably in a management role. Core Responsibilities (Not all inclusive): First and foremost to enrich the lives of our residents Managing/monitoring resident physical and emotional well-being Hiring/Training/Supervising/Mentoring Care Staff Maintaining adequate Care Staff scheduling to meet resident needs Creating health and wellness programs for residents Compliance with
DHS 83 CBRF
regulations Communicating in a professional manner with health care providers and resident families
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field preferred (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) Experience with frail elders and persons with dementia Clear Background Check Must pass TB, drug screen and physical requirements
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
