We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to join our team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care, staff engagement, and overall facility performance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and services Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners Manage budgets, supervise staff, and make key decisions to drive operational excellence Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
Licensure:
