The Nursing Home Administrator responsibilities include: Demonstrating a passion for working with seniors Demonstrating effective communication skills Maintaining attention to detail in care and services Maintaining positive communication with residents, family members and staff Managing staff meetings, training and new hire orientations Implementing and follow all Oak Park Place policies Demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Managing conflicts and resolve complex problems Driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and performance metrics Working well independently and in a team environment
Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:
