We are looking for a compassionate and motivated clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors while building a strong, resident-centered culture. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, families, and team members every day. What You'll Do Lead and oversee all clinical operations and resident care services. Conduct resident assessments, service planning, and ongoing evaluations. Ensure compliance with state regulations, resident rights, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team. Partner with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and therapy providers to coordinate care. Monitor quality outcomes, medication management, clinical documentation, and risk reduction initiatives. Support occupancy efforts through resident assessments and admission evaluations. Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence in resident care. What We're Looking For Minimum 1-3 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare. Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. CPR certification as required.
