Duties Provide visionary leadership to ensure smooth facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with long-term care regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that prioritize residents' health, safety, and dignity. Supervise and support care teams, including nursing staff and caregivers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent resident care. Ensure adherence to all health regulation policies related to nursing home administration, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care programs. Oversee medication administration processes in compliance with healthcare standards and resident safety protocols. Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and healthcare financial management to sustain operational efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation related to resident rights, care plans, incident reports, and regulatory compliance for audits and inspections. Coordinate with external agencies for disability services experience or home & community care services as needed. Lead efforts to improve quality standards through staff training on dementia care, Alzheimer's care techniques, and resident engagement strategies. Skills Extensive experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management with a focus on long-term care regulations. Proven supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams within assisted living or residential care homes. Strong knowledge of health regulation policies related to dementia care, memory care, and assisted living environments. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a team-oriented culture. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, budgeting, and communication purposes. Deep understanding of nursing practices including medication administration and nursing leadership principles. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized disability services. Financial acumen with expertise in healthcare financial management and budgeting processes. Knowledge of home & community-based services programs and residential care home operations.
