The responsibilities include but are not limited to, overall well-being of the residents; medication management; supervising and training of team members; communication with all resident support services and families; quality assurance; and regulatory compliance. The Resident Care Director completes any required training and becomes knowledgeable in Inspirit Senior Living Philosophy, principles of service, and policies and procedures, and state regulations. Strasburg is seeking an LPN or RN that is ready to enrich the lives of our residents! We are dedicated to helping our residents to live their best life! Must Demonstrate a passion for working with seniors and lead by example as a team member.
Essential Responsibilities:
Medication Management Fall prevention. Skin breakdown prevention. Incident reporting State regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education :
LPN or RN Experience:
1-3 years' experience in long-term care experience or healthcare management
REQUIRED.
Pre-placement drug test and criminal background check.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
Good organizational and time management skills. Exhibits a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people. Able to work flexible hours and be available to respond during off-duty hours to community problems and emergencies. Possess good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Possess the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in the language of the residents
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
