Our helpful admission representatives will help students define their goals and choose a program. Our experienced instructors will educate their students and provide hands-on training. Our devoted staff will support and help every student complete their program, and once they graduate, they'll assist the student with their job search. Job Description Teach and supervise nursing students in classroom and clinical settings, focusing on obstetrics Collaborate with faculty to develop, administer, and grade course materials and examinations Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and clinical skills Participate in curriculum development, quality improvement initiatives, and program assessment Orient and mentor new faculty members in both theory and clinical instruction Utilize adult learning principles and integrate technology in teaching methods Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, technologies, and safety regulations in obstetrics Participate in faculty meetings, committee activities, and student advising Ensure clinical assignments meet both student learning objectives and facility requirements Submit required reports and forms to the program director in a timely manner Maintain professional development and contribute to the nursing program's mission and goals
