Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 annually + Relocation Assistance Mandatory Requirements to Apply Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous on-site teaching experience in a Vocational Nursing (VN/LVN) program at a university or college is required . Strong knowledge of nursing education standards, curriculum development, and classroom instruction. Excellent communication, leadership, and student mentoring skills. Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA. Roles & Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction for students enrolled in the Vocational Nursing (VN) program. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and regulatory standards. Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, skills assessments, and clinical evaluations. Supervise students during clinical rotations while ensuring compliance with healthcare facility policies. Provide academic advising, mentorship, and guidance to support student success. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, grades, and required documentation. Collaborate with faculty and administration to enhance curriculum quality and student outcomes. Participate in faculty meetings, accreditation activities, program reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with state board regulations and institutional policies.
