Adjunct ClinicalFaculty, Brady School of Nursing Responsibilities:

Preparefor assigned teaching activities, such as lecture preparation, simulationlaboratory instruction, test construction, assignment evaluation/grading,clinical evaluation, and course evaluation. Attend and participate in allcourse meetings called by the course coordinator. Communicate any studentweakness to the course faculty, Success Coach, and Dean. Construct studentremediation plans as needed. Collect student clinical evaluations (CET) at theend of each semester and submit to administrative assistant for filing. Participatein course team meetings. Record assignments, grades, and class attendance in Canvasand Scholar for each class. Adhere to all University and School of Nursingfaculty policies as outlined in the faculty handbooks.

Nursing FacultyQualifications:

Bachelor'sdegree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred Current,unencumbered license to practice in the state of Georgia Previoushigher education teaching experience preferred Knowledgeof accreditation process and current issues in higher education preferred Effectiveorganizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Currentknowledge of registered nursing practice
