$80,000 - $87,000 per year Job Details - Open Positions 4 Full-Time Nursing Faculty/Instructors (Didactic & Clinical Instruction) 1 Full-Time Clinical Nursing Instructor Target Start Date October 2026 Location Indianapolis, Indiana area Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday Clinical instructors must be flexible and available for occasional weekend clinical rotations Clinical teaching assignments primarily consist of 12-hour clinical shifts Combination of classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction responsibilities Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing instruction in classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical settings Develop and implement effective teaching and evaluation strategies Mentor, tutor, advise, and support nursing students throughout their educational journey Maintain professional nursing and academic standards Participate in faculty meetings, committees, recruitment activities, and institutional initiatives Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Assist with clinical evaluations, grading, and instructional preparation Stay current with nursing practice standards and educational best practices through ongoing professional development Contribute to program assessment and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an eNLC Compact State Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience Strong communication and student mentorship abilities Preferred Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP, PhD, or related discipline) Previous teaching, clinical instruction, or faculty experience Formal education or training in adult learning principles and instructional methods Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a passionate nursing professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring future nurses, and contributing to a growing academic program.
