Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a full-time instructor for the Practical Nursing program beginning in August 2026. Help shape the future of nursing by sharing your knowledge and experience with the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum of two years of paid employment in nursing or in an educational setting. Kansas teaching certificate is not required.

Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings to promote student learning and success. Plan, organize, evaluate, and continuously improve Practical Nursing curriculum and instructional materials. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate students in classroom, laboratory, and clinical environments. Maintain current nursing licensure and engage in professional development and lifelong learning. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and clinical partners to support student success and program excellence.

Salary and Benefits:
