Supervise, guide, and evaluate students during clinical rotations in local teaching hospitals and healthcare facilities, bridging the gap between theory and real-world practice.

Cultivate Critical Thinking:

Help students master vital skills, from developing patient care plans to understanding clinical documentation procedures.

Evaluate & Elevate:

Assess student progress through objective practical evaluations and exams, providing the constructive feedback necessary for their professional growth.

Collaborate Locally:

Partner closely with hospital staff and healthcare professionals to ensure clinical experiences align with educational standards and industry requirements.

Maintain Excellence:

Uphold institutional policies and academic accreditation standards to keep our programs operating at the highest level of educational quality. Requirements Current and valid Louisiana state RN license ; Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience; At least one year as a medical-surgical hospital staff nurse and/or current teaching experience in a Nursing Program. Ability to teach theory and clinical courses. Typical schedule for theory and clinical courses is Monday-Thursday until 3:30pm. Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts effectively across different learner levels. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
