•$37 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Training program Direct patient care RN License Document review Patient treatment Documentation review Adult education Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Registerd Nurse to join our team of Instructors to teach theory, skills and/or clinicals in our Nurse Aide training program. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing experience, including patient care in various healthcare settings, and have experience teaching adult learners. This position is flexible
•you let us know when you are available work. This rewarding position offers an opportunity to influence future healthcare professionals through engaging instruction and mentorship. Duties Implement engaging curriculum for the Nurse Aide course, incorporating current healthcare standards and educational best practices. Supervise and mentor students, providing guidance on clinical skills, patient care techniques, and documentation review processes. Evaluate student performance through assessments, skill demonstrations, and written examinations; maintain accurate records of progress. Experience Proven nursing experience with a strong background in patient care across diverse environments, including long-term care Supervising experience in clinical or educational settings is highly desirable. Experience with Adult Education or supervising certified nurse aides. A commitment to training and inspiring the next generation of certified nurse aides The immediate need is for instructors who can teach one day a week 8 a.m
