Adjunct Nursing Skills Lab Instructor & Simulation Operator Position Summary:

We are seeking a flexible, dedicated, technically skilled, and clinically experienced Nursing Skills Lab Instructor and Simulation Operator to join our nursing program. In this dynamic dual role, you will bridge the gap between classroom theory and clinical practice by facilitating hands-on skills training and driving immersive, high-fidelity simulation experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical nursing expertise coupled with technical proficiency in programming, operating, and troubleshooting Laerdal and Ga umard simulation manikins. You will collaborate closely with the simulation manager and nursing faculty to design, implement, and evaluate simulation scenarios and skills labs that prepare our nursing students for safe, competent, and confident patient care.
