Job Description:
The Adjunct Faculty/Nursing Clinical will supervise patient care provided by students (usually 6 to 8 students in a group) while students complete their clinical rotation. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clinicians at the clinical site on student/ patient assignments, teach students how to perform duties/skills in the clinical site, facilitate the development of critical thinking, and be available in the clinical area for student questions. The incumbent will also evaluate students' clinical work and provide written & verbal feedback. Communicating with Clinical Coordinators regarding students' progress and attending required hospital orientation programs are additional responsibilities.
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Master's degree in Nursing, a license as an RN in the state of New York, and at least two years of clinical experience is required. Current or past clinical experience in Behavioral Health, Maternal/ Child Health, Medical/Surgical, and Pediatrics is also required. A ten (10) point drug screen as well as receipt of the COVID Vaccine and the Influenza Vaccine annually is required.

SALARY & BENEFITS
$ 93.84 per hour. No benefits.
