Job Description
Reporting directly to the Dean of Health and Wellness Sciences, the Full-Time Faculty member will serve as a Primary Instructor/Program Coordinator for the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP). This educator delivers high-quality classroom, lab, and clinical instruction for the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) course, ensuring full alignment with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC). All faculty members are responsible for serving Lorain County and surrounding communities, driving student success, maintaining strict state compliance, fulfilling all contracted hours as scheduled, and upholding the college's vision, mission, and core values.
