Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences for adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds. Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and ongoing feedback to ensure mastery of skills. Facilitate remote training sessions and workshops that accommodate various learning styles and schedules. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certification compliance in accordance with educational regulations. Collaborate with healthcare facilities to customize training programs that meet specific institutional needs and standards. Requirements Proven experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, or related healthcare fields as a Nurse or Technician. Strong background in curriculum development, adult education principles, and instructional design. Proficiency with educational technology platforms, computers, and online instruction tools. Knowledge of sterilization equipment, infection control practices, and healthcare regulatory standards. Experience in classroom teaching or clinical instruction with diverse student populations. Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and foster an engaging learning environment. Familiarity with remote training delivery methods and adult learning strategies is highly preferred.
