Hours may vary to include evenings and weekends. Job Summary and Description Teaching faculty are professional educators who have the primary responsibility of fulfilling the District mission of providing a quality education for all students attending the colleges. Categories include full-time, temporary with benefits, and temporary without benefits. Faculty members are responsible to a department/program chairperson; The relationship of the faculty member to the student is one of leader, teacher, advisor, and facilitator of learning. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in the teaching discipline or a Bachelor's degree in another field with at least 18 hours post-graduate studies in the teaching discipline. Have been actively employed in nursing for at least three (3) years or have advanced preparation in nursing, nursing education, and/or nursing administration. Have three (3) years varied nursing experiences since graduation

License and Certification:
