• RN Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager
• RN to join our team at Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, a premier rehabilitation and wellness center in Elba, AL. As a Unit Manager
• RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading our nursing team, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our facility.

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, ensuring effective communication, delegation, and oversight of patient care Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating input from multidisciplinary team members Evaluate patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Monitor patient satisfaction, quality of care, and safety standards, implementing corrective actions to address any deficiencies Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and protocols Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary services, to ensure comprehensive patient care Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards Requirements Current RN license in the state of Alabama Minimum of 0 years of experience as a RN, with a strong background in rehab or long-term care Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong patient care skills, with a focus on providing individualized care plans and promoting patient safety Why Join Our Team?
