Job Description

Staff Development Coordinator Join Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center's mission to deliver exceptional care and rehabilitation services in a warm and welcoming environment! As a Staff Development Coordinator at Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in our team's performance and patient outcomes. Located in Elba, AL, our center is committed to providing top-notch rehabilitation services, and we're seeking a talented individual to support our staff in achieving their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge Conduct needs assessments, identify gaps in training, and create customized training solutions Collaborate with clinical leaders to design and deliver targeted educational programs Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new staff members Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of center policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience:
1 year of LTC experience preferred; experience in staff development, scheduling, orientation, or nursing education preferred.
Level of Education:
Current, active, and unrestricted RN or LPN license issued by the applicable state board of nursing. Current BLS for healthcare providers certification
