Kirkwood by the River is a continuing care retirement community located in the Birmingham area seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Coordinator to join our team as part of the Assisted Living/Memory Care Unit. Requirements of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Unit Coordinator:

Currently licensed by the State of AL and in good standing; 1 -2 years of experience - preferably with geriatrics in a long term care/ALF/SCALF setting; Clinically sound, have a great attitude and able to lead by example; A desire to work with senior adults; Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with direct reports, resident's families and visitors.
