•6:00 AM Full-Time opportunities available What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted RN license in Alabama Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing staff Commitment to resident-centered care Strong understanding of nursing documentation, care plans, and regulatory compliance A positive, professional attitude and willingness to be part of a team Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight during assigned shift Supervise and support nursing staff Monitor resident care and ensure nursing standards are maintained Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition Assist with staffing and assignment needs Ensure accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, families, residents, and staff Help maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations Address clinical concerns and provide guidance to the nursing team Promote a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment Why Join Knollwood Healthcare?
