We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Supervisor 3pm-11pm to join our team at the Mobile Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Mobile, AL. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation and wellness programs, ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes. With a focus on collaboration, communication, and patient-centered care, you will empower our nursing staff to provide the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:
Oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments Demonstrates expertise in clinical practice, providing guidance and mentorship to nursing staff Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Conducts regular assessments and quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes Fosters a culture of open communication, respect, and inclusivity among staff, patients, and families Participates in educational programs and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays How to
