Qualifications:

Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Alabama Ability to communicate with residents, families, and personnel. Ability to remain calm in difficult situations. Have a positive attitude. Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices Responsibilities Supervise and manage nursing staff during the 2nd shift to ensure high-quality patient care. Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). Provide guidance on IV insertion, catheterization, and critical care procedures. Facilitate communication between healthcare teams and address any patient care issues promptly. Support staff development through training and performance evaluations.
