In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. You will play a critical part in maintaining a safe, supportive, and effective care environment while adhering to all regulatory and facility standards. As a leader, you will foster teamwork and collaboration among staff to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes. Qualifications Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and medication administration Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic and Cerner Strong patient care and assessment skills, including tube feeding and airway management Knowledge of physiology and critical care, with experience in long-term care settings
