$25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience) All Shifts Available | Shift Differentials Available Find the Shift That Works for You Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurses to join our nursing team. With multiple shifts available , this is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for flexibility while taking on a key clinical leadership role. As an LPN Charge Nurse , you'll provide hands-on nursing care, supervise and support CNAs, and help coordinate quality resident care throughout your shift. LPN Charge Nurse Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting. Serve as a Charge Nurse and help coordinate resident care during the assigned shift. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Recognize changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns promptly. Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, therapists, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary team members. Follow individualized resident care plans and nursing interventions. Maintain accurate and timely electronic nursing documentation. Supervise, guide, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow healthcare professionals. Promote resident safety, infection prevention, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred but not required. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to provide leadership and direction to the nursing team. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional resident care.
