$25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

3:00 PM-11:00 PM Join Our Leadership Team Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on a 7 On / 7 Off evening shift schedule . As an LPN Charge Nurse , you'll provide outstanding resident care while leading your shift, mentoring nursing assistants, and working alongside Registered Nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience while enjoying the work-life balance of a 7 Days On / 7 Days Off schedule. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Charge Nurse Responsibilities Lead and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the evening shift. Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting. Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders. Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns appropriately. Maintain accurate electronic nursing documentation. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Promote resident safety, infection prevention, and quality resident care. Qualifications Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
