Shift:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM RN Leadership Opportunity Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our evening nursing team. As the RN House Supervisor, you'll oversee nursing operations during your shift, support nurses and CNAs, and help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the 3p-11p shift. Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility. Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and changes in condition. Assist nursing staff with clinical concerns and resident care needs. Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed. Support accurate documentation, staffing needs, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance. Respond to emergencies and help ensure appropriate clinical follow-up. Qualifications Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

REQUIRED.

Current CPR/BLS certification. Previous nursing experience required. Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, Unit Manager, or other nursing leadership experience preferred. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Dependable and able to effectively lead a nursing team. Benefits Competitive Base Pay of $31.00
