The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected healthcare organization to hire a Full-Time Night Shift Charge RN for its Medical-Surgical unit. In this leadership role, you'll combine direct patient care with team leadership, guiding dedicated nursing staff while supporting exceptional patient outcomes and efficient unit operations. Schedule:
