Position Summary As the ICU Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts by coordinating patient care, delegating duties, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate care. This role serves as a key clinical resource while promoting accountability, teamwork, and excellent patient outcomes.
