The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected, accredited acute care hospital in Russellville, AL to recruit an experienced and compassionate ICU Charge Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while making a meaningful impact on the community. Position Summary As the ICU Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts by coordinating patient care, delegating duties, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate care. This role serves as a key clinical resource while promoting accountability, teamwork, and excellent patient outcomes.
Schedule:
