The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected healthcare organization in Russellville; AL and we are seeking a dependable and experienced RN Charge Nurse to provide leadership during assigned shifts, ensure effective team coordination, support staffing needs, implement hospital policies, and serve as a key resource for staff. This role collaborates with leadership Directors, Nurse Mangers, Unit Managers) and internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure high-quality patient care
Schedule:
