Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville; AL and we are looking for an experienced and dependable RN Charge Nurse to guide, support and manage the Emergency Department operations. In this role you will lead a dedicated Emergency Department team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As the ED Charge Nurse, you'll oversee patient flow, staffing, and clinical operations while collaborating with physicians and care teams to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
