Job Description

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital, located in Russellville; AL, to help find an experienced and compassionate RN leader ready to make an impact beyond the bedside. As an RN Night House Supervisor, you will oversee hospital-wide operations and provide leadership across departments during overnight hours. At this hospital, leadership doesn't stop after hours. Serving as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, patients, and families, you will ensure exceptional patient care while fostering a safe, collaborative environment and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Schedule:
